I got these overpants together with a matching jigsaw hardshell jacket, and it's a pretty interesting set not often seen on the market. The fabric is pretty light for a waterproof item.
Manufactured by Seyntex in 1996, this item was issued, but it is in overall very good condition. All zippers are present and work well, there are also suspenders, and extra zippers on the side of ankles up to the knee. The only visibly damaged spot is on one knee as shown in photos.
