Now this is an interesting piece that you don't see much around! According to the label, these pants are the type 2 work uniform, Japan Ground Self Defence Force. This variant is very rarely seen, and way less known than the later flecktarn or pixelated type of Japanese patterns.
The colors are very bright, and the item is either unissued or was issued but almost not used at all.
What's also interesting is that these pants come in size extra large! All the collectors of Asian camo complaining that most of the stuff is very small - I'm looking at you now!
