In February 2018, the Portuguese Army announced they would start using a new camouflage pattern called M18, also known as padrão multi-terreno (multi-terrain pattern). The design was developed together with CINAMIL, the Military Academy’s research and innovation center. It uses five colors similar to Multicam, but the shapes are clearly inspired by German Flecktarn. Personally, I love this fleck style and colors, and I've been looking for some items in this pattern for more than 2 years before finally getting some in good shape.
