Slovakia issued new patterns in 2007, and this one is called Les, meaning forest. It's made up of brown, dark green, and khaki squares and rectangles over an olive background. People often just call it Kocky, meaning cubes.
Pretty cool to find it in long-sleeve edition as it's usually available as a short-sleeve summer shirt. This particular item is brand new and unissued.

Large: collar to hem 85cm and pit to pit 60cm
Material: Cotton 35%, polyester 65%
There is also a desert version of this pattern, but I have yet to see one IRL. Very curious about it.
