Ukraine started producing uniforms in the Dubok pattern around 1997, and they come in many color variations and nuances. This one is a bit darker dubok compared to some other surplus out there, and is in amazing condition. You can see the stamps confirming origin and size in one of the photos.

There might be small storage signs, but the shirt is otherwise in perfect condition, doesn't seem to be used in field ever.
