Yugoslavian Tigerstripe Shirt
Yugoslavian Tigerstripe Shirt
Couldn't load pickup availability
Original Yugoslavian tigerstripe shirt, likely issued during the 1990s. Made in Croatia in the final years of Yugoslavia, but probably worn by Serbian forces during the war. The label clearly shows the manufacturer’s name and location, which is in present-day Croatia. On buttons, you can see the famous Yugoslavian star, same one as was present on the country's flag.
The shirt is in used but very good condition. Colors are slightly faded, which is expected for a piece that is around 35 years old. The person it was issued to replaced front buttons with a zipper (see photos).
This is a truly rare and historical item for collectors of Balkan military gear. For an even cooler item from the same era, check out this Yugoslav tigerstripe smock for sale.
Sizing:
It's very small, but I assume this is a summer edition of the jacket, so it's also a tight fit. Pit to pit measures about 40cm.
Features 4 front pockets with buttons.
